Vinification

Hand-harvested with care, only the best grapes were chosen for this unique wine. After gentle crushing, the grapes fermented spontaneously in concrete vats with their skins, developing a robust and complex character. The wine matured on the skins in the vats for an additional 6 months, deepening its structure and adding layers of flavor.

The concrete vats helped create a refined texture, preserving natural freshness while enhancing complexity. After this, the wine was moved to stainless steel tanks for further maturation, ensuring a balanced profile before bottling in 2022. This vintage showcases thoughtful craftsmanship and the unique qualities of concrete vat fermentation, resulting in a wine of great depth and elegance.
