Vinification

Fermented in concrete vats, this red wine had limited skin contact to create a refined expression of the grape. After fermentation, the wine was moved to oak barrels for malolactic fermentation, which added smoothness and complexity. Aged for 26 months, it developed a deep character with well-integrated tannins and rich flavors. Bottled in 2013, this vintage shows a balanced texture and depth, reflecting the careful craftsmanship behind it.
