At Aparteny Wine we collect only the information we need to deliver your wine, welcome you at the winery and answer your messages. This policy explains what we collect on apartenywine.com, why, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

• Orders: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, the wines you order and how you choose to pay.
• Tour bookings: your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), the date, number of guests, tour language and any note you add.
• Messages: your name, the email address or phone number you want us to reply on, and your message.
• Technical information: the country your request came from, saved with your order, booking or message. Your IP address is used briefly to block spam and abuse, and is not stored with your details.

We never see or store your card details. When online card payment becomes available, it will be made on Ameriabank's secure payment page, and the bank will only tell us whether the payment succeeded.

2. How we use your information

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including payment.
• To confirm and prepare for your visit.
• To reply to your messages.
• To keep the records that Armenian accounting and tax law requires.

We do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we do not sell your information.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the services that help us run the website and deliver your order:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores orders, bookings and messages securely. Its servers may be outside Armenia.
• Ameriabank processes card payments.
• Delivery services receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Aparteny Wine, our customers or others.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Armenian accounting and tax law requires. We keep bookings and messages for as long as we need them to look after you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 7).

5. Security

The whole website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised members of our team can open our order system, and they must sign in to do so. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.

6. Cookies and storage in your browser

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website saves a few things in your own browser so it works as you expect:

• the wines in your cart,
• that you confirmed you are 18 or older,
• the language you chose, and whether you prefer the light or dark theme.

These stay on your device and are not sent to us until you place an order. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the website from bots and attacks. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy,
• correct or update it,
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Write to info@apartenywine.com and we will reply within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. Updates are posted on this page with a new date.
