1. Introduction
Welcome to Aparteny Wine. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using our website (apartenywine.com), buying our wine and booking visits to the winery. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.
2. Buying wine
2.1 Age
You must be 18 or older, and of legal drinking age where you live, to buy wine from us. We may ask for proof of age at delivery or collection, and we will not hand over wine without it.
2.2 Orders
All orders depend on availability. When you place an order you receive an order number, and we contact you by phone or email to confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a wine is no longer available, if there is an error in a description or price, or if we suspect a fraudulent or unauthorised transaction. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we refund you in full. Before placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms; we record when you did so.
2.3 Prices and payment
Prices are in Armenian dram (AMD) and include taxes unless stated otherwise. For now you pay in cash on delivery or collection; online card payment is coming soon. When it is available, card payments will be processed on Ameriabank's secure payment page, and your card details will go only to the bank, never to us.
2.4 Delivery and collection
We deliver within Armenia. We confirm the delivery time and any delivery fee with you by phone before we send your order. You can also collect your order free of charge at the winery in Bambakashat. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
2.5 Returns and refunds
If your wine arrives damaged, or you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Refunds are given for unopened bottles only, and delivery costs are not refundable.
3. Booking tours and tastings
3.1 Requests and confirmation
A booking made on the website is a request. Your visit is booked once we confirm the date and time with you by phone, WhatsApp or email. Prices shown are per person, with a minimum per booking as stated on the website.
3.2 Changes and cancellations
Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. If you paid in advance, cancellations made more than 48 hours before your visit receive a full refund; later cancellations may not be refunded. We may cancel a visit because of weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If we do, we tell you as soon as possible and offer another date or a full refund.
4. Your personal information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All content on apartenywine.com, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, belongs to Aparteny Wine. You may not use it without our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Aparteny Wine is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of the website or the purchase of our products, except where the law does not allow this liability to be limited. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. The terms in force when you place an order or booking apply to it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Armenia.
